Some products are simply not stocked locally. Rather than leave you searching, we source them from international markets through approved and traceable channels, and manage the journey from supplier to your hangar or site.

Can you find a product that is not available in Kenya?

Yes. International sourcing is a core part of what we do. Send us the product name, part number or specification and we will locate it through approved channels and quote you with a realistic lead time.

Do you only supply one brand?

No. We are brand agnostic. We supply products from AeroShell, Mobil, Eastman, NYCO, Skydrol, Molykote, PPG, Loctite, 3M and many others, and we recommend whatever best suits your application.

Can you help us choose the right grade or fluid?

Yes. Tell us your aircraft type, engine and operating conditions. Our team will check the approved specifications and recommend the right product, including suitable alternatives.

Can you advise on switching hydraulic fluids or other products?

Yes. We can guide you on compatibility, top ups and fleet conversions. Always confirm the final choice against your aircraft maintenance manual; we are happy to help you check.

What documentation comes with my order?

Products are supplied with the certificates and documents you need for your records and your authority, together with invoices and shipping documents.

How long does international sourcing take?

It depends on the product, where it is held and how it ships. We give you an honest lead time in every quote and keep you updated until delivery. For AOG situations, call us directly.

Can I send a list of many items at once?

Yes. Our quote form accepts file attachments, so you can upload a spreadsheet, PDF or photo of your list and receive one consolidated quote.
